The challenges facing Chief Information Officers and IT managers in Ireland will be highlighted this month when Deloitte publishes its third annual CIO Survey.
The survey, due to be launched on 20 October, will reveal the latest Irish attitudes towards cloud computing, with security, data protection and public sector impact among the topics discussed.
The report also looks at areas including enterprise mobility, business alignment and IT budgets.
The CIO Survey will be launched at a breakfast briefing on Thursday, 20 October. The global leader of Deloitte’s Cloud Computing practice, Chris Weitz, will be among those joining the event to discuss the findings.
Based in Silicon Valley, Chris works with some of the world’s leading technology companies on innovative cloud strategies.
The briefing takes place at the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Golden Lane, Dublin 8. Attendance is by invitation only but please contact Deloitte’s Fiona Shekleton for further information.
Telephone: (01) 417 2525.
About the Deloitte CIO Survey
This is the third survey conducted by Deloitte Ireland as part of our series of annual surveys dedicated exclusively to the state of IT in Ireland.
The objective of this survey is to take the pulse of IT departments in Irish organisations; to understand how they are meeting business demands to do more for less; how technology innovations are changing the face of IT and how budgets and priorities have changed compared to previous years.
