Volvo Ocean Race Galway

Established in 1995, Go West Conference & Event Management design, plan, manage and produce events including

Galway has been chosen as the only stopover for Ireland & the Uk for the Volvo Ocean Race.  The festival programme will take place in Galway from the 23rd of May to 6th of June.

The programme features:

The arrival and departure of the competing boats
In-Port race
Live concerts with local and international bands
Street theatre and children’s entertainment
On water activities including sports boat regattas, special interest boats
Big fish angling exhibition & Food and wine fair
Departure of race yachts and ‘Parade of Sail’ spectacular

Go West are providing a one stop shop for groups visitng Galway for the event.
