Daft.ie reaches 1 million unique users in September

11th November 2008.  Daft.ie, Ireland's largest property website, has re-affirmed its position as the number one destination for house buyers and renters in Ireland, according to the latest independent audit from ABC electronic.

The September audit shows that Daft.ie delivered over 85 million page impressions
to 1,025,838 unique browsers, a 35% increase in traffic to the site compared to September 2007.

“In the past year we have significantly increased our lead in online real estate.  In the month of September we had 5 times the number of property listings than our nearest competitor, and we delivered 59 million more page views” said Anne Marie Boyhan, Marketing Manager at Daft.ie.

She continued “Given the state of the property market at the moment, these figures should provide some relief to house sellers.  However, it could be some time before all this latent demand translates into actual transactions.”
