MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

INEX (The Internet Neutral Exchange Association) is recruiting a Membership Development Manager to assist the General Manager in quadrupling the membership base over the next two years.

Responsibilities:
Identifying and developing new Member prospects in Ireland and overseas
Development of relationships with existing Member organisations
Working with relevant agencies to promote INEX to overseas digital content providers and Internet service providers that may be considering locating in Ireland
Assisting the General Manager in improving the visibility of INEX as an international-class Internet Exchange Point
Providing input into the marketing strategy and assistance in successfully executing business plans

Requirements:
Third level qualifications
Sales, pre-sales or consultancy experience in ICT industry
Ability to work in a professional, independent manner
Self-motivated, mature and able to plan time effectively
Possess the drive, enthusiasm and energy to help build a strong presence for INEX
Use structured lead generation processes to achieve new business objectives
Hard work ethic and the desire to succeed
Prepared to network within the IP Trafficking industry outside of normal working hours
Some overseas travel may be required

Skills:
ICT technical background a distinct advantage, particularly in IP trafficking
Strong interpersonal skills, including communicating and influencing expertise
Ability to build effective working relationships
Proficient in personal computer applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Can create and give presentations to audiences of all sizes

The performance-related earnings will be in accordance with the responsibilities of this important role and will take into account the relevant experience and suitability of the successful candidate.
