This intensive workshop is design to help senior management get their digital sales and marketing strategy on track. You’ll learn about a digital planning framework that you can apply in your company. We’ll explore a variety of strategies. You will have the chance to explore how your company can win online. Practical, fast paced, commercial and results orientated. We cut through the noise of online to get to what will drive sales for your company.

During the workshop we’ll cover:

Once you clearly understand your current position, you have a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities. We work with you to nail down specific objectives for your digital marketing activities.

4. Strategy – In a nutshell how are you going to deliver on these objectives

With the objectives set, we look at how you are going to deliver on the objectives you have set. How to set your overall digital marketing course. Ensure you are on the right track.

5. Action Plan

Now it’s time to look at the detailed, tactical plan of how you will implement strategy. We will review all the marketing tools you can use, the messages and communications needed to position your brand correctly, who is going to execute these tactics, with what resources and budget.
