The web presents a unique way in which to target potential customers directly in a manner that is 100% traceable and measurable.  This half day course will look at strategies you can use to generate more B2B leads – through your own website and marketing but also through social media networks and collaboration across other sites and media.

We will go further and examine how to optimise your online activities in order to convert these leads and visitors into customers.  We show you how to integrate your online and offline marketing campaigns for maximum results.  And we examine collaboration across multiple media including video, webinars and social networks in order to reach your customers.

Who should attend?

This course is relevant for businesses marketing to businesses (B2B) in Ireland and international markets. Participants will include a mixture of entrepreneurs, marketing, customer service, communications, sales and PR professionals.

Parking is limited at the IPA and is on a first-come, first-serve basis only. There is on-street metered parking also. Alternatively, the IPA is adjacent to Lansdowne Road DART station - exit the station onto Lansdowne Road, turn left and the IPA is 10m further on your left.

  • Ms Eileen O'Duffy (Consultant)

    Elucidate Limited

    A training, e-learning and e-marketing consultant, Eileen has recently joined Elucidate.  Eileen is a former school principal and was responsible for setting up, developing and marketing two of the first e-learning websites in Ireland, www.leavingcert.net and www.juniorcert.net. She has worked as an e-learning consultant with Intel ITIC for the last eight years. In addition to writing, managing and editing the content for the award winning skoool.ie website,  her role has included PR, communications and training at both national and international level for the educational community.  For the last three years, Eileen has also worked with a wide range of SME’s on maximising their e-Marketing strategy to meet business objectives.
