    iQ Content

    Colin is an interaction designer with iQ Content. He is the principle designer of a number of web applications to support online self-service in the telecoms and social networking industries, creating compelling user experiences and demystifying online customer support. He has also been involved in the creation and execution of promotional launch campaigns to support the uptake of new online self-service initiatives.

    Prior to iQ, Colin was a business analyst for a dental software company, designing health systems to support medical practitioners during patient care.
