Course Overview

So you've heard about LinkedIn as THE place to be for networking online for professional success. But you are wondering what you should do next? How can you nurture your network on Linkedn to find new business opportunities?

You've heard about Facebook and that it's not just for students. Did you realize that real business is being done on Facebook? Perhaps you have already created your own profile on Facebook but you are now wondering how to leverage it for your business? How to generate more connections, build relationships with customers and even boost your profits.

Have you heard about the micro-engagement revolution that for example Twitter has generated? Where all it takes is 140 characters to build a community of brand ambassadors who become raving fans and who will help you attract great business opportunities - from new clients, referrals, strategic alliances and even media opportunities.

Twitter is a free platform which now has hundreds of additional free applications to help you be effective and efficient in your micro-engagement communications.

In this course you will learn:

  • How LinkedIn is a key online community for business professionals and how to leverage it for professional success
  • How to develop your company brand on Facebook and if you really need to engage in all the Facebook requests and invitations
  • What's the difference between a Facebook profile, page, how you can develop a community of brand ambassadors and how you might use Facebook Ads
  • How to get started on Twitter. How to build a community through micro-engagement and what information is relevant. How to manage and enhance your business through 140 characters.

Who Should Attend?

This course is relevant to all those who have responsibility for their business's content, communications and marketing and are looking for innovative and effective ways to engage directly with their customers. The course is aimed at those who are at the early stages of getting started on these 3 platforms.

Group Discount

Groups of 3 or more people receive a 10% discount automatically when they book online, both members and non-members.
