Mr Paul May (Business Development Manager)
Front
Paul has over 10 years experience creating and delivering media and business projects. Paul has held positions with web agencies in Dublin and has two years experience working for global management consultancy firm, Accenture, with some of their largest technology clients.
While working with web agencies, Paul gained detailed experience in web development from a technical perspective, programming some of the earliest Flash games produced in Ireland. He also has detailed experience implementing complex database driven sites and content management systems for clients.
Paul's work in management consultancy was focused on using a "human-centred, dataproven" approach to business change and outsourcing. He helped to re-design and implement new business processes for large technology clients, helping them get maximum return on investment from their operations.
Paul is an excellent communicator and is passionate about the potential of the web to connect people, deliver value for business and communicate across boundaries.
Paul earned a first class honours degree in Multimedia from Dublin City University's School of Communications and came first in his class for work on vision-based human computer interaction and robotics. Hel then went on to become President of the University's Students' Union.

Mr Paul McKeever (Managing Director)
Front
Paul has a strong business background, having previously held management positions in both Great Britain and Northern Ireland before co-founding FRONT. With good people and team management skills, Paul communicates effectively both internally as well as with clients at board level in large organisations. Paul's strengths are supported by good technical knowledge
and experience across key business functions such as sales, marketing, HR and finance. As Managing Director of FRONT, Paul has grown the company strongly from its small beginnings, with turnover increasing year on year; this is despite a shrinking market, increasingly commoditised product and a lack of skilled labour. Customer relationships are strong, the company's brand and reputation is strong and the company is strategically well positioned to continue rapid growth.
