Paul has a strong business background, having previously held management positions in both Great Britain and Northern Ireland before co-founding FRONT. With good people and team management skills, Paul communicates effectively both internally as well as with clients at board level in large organisations. Paul's strengths are supported by good technical knowledge
and experience across key business functions such as sales, marketing, HR and finance.

As Managing Director of FRONT, Paul has grown the company strongly from its small beginnings, with turnover increasing year on year; this is despite a shrinking market, increasingly commoditised product and a lack of skilled labour. Customer relationships are strong, the company's brand and reputation is strong and the company is strategically well positioned to continue rapid growth.
