Brendan has over 10 years experience creating customer-focused websites for leading Irish companies across a number of sectors. He has developed recognised expertise in e-commerce, user-focused design, content strategy, online marketing, podcasting, online communities, e-learning, and SMS marketing.

Aedan Ryan is co-founder of PuddleDucks.ie and is responsible for the company's web and online marketing strategy. After over 15 years in the IT industry, Aedan now runs PuddleDucks.ie as a home-based business with his wife and business partner, Suzanne.
PuddleDucks was started in 2005 and sells waterproof and outdoor clothing for children and adults through its secure online shopping website at www.puddleducks.ie. PuddleDucks have been shortlisted for two 2009 IIA Net Visionary Awards - as Best Online Trader and Best Business Blogger.

Ms Michelle Daly (Communications Manager)

Michelle Daly works as Communications Manager at Paddypowertrader.com, a division of Paddy Power Plc. She is also the current President of Junior Chamber International Dublin and a member of the Public Relations Institute of Ireland.
Michelle is a financial journalist and public relations consultant by profession, having worked for newspapers and TV stations across the Middle East and Africa. She returned to Ireland to live and work in 2007.

An active public speaker and debater, Michelle is currently the Irish National Champion in Public Speaking for JCI. This is in addition to being captain of the JCI Ireland Debating Team.
She also sits on the advisory panel of the fledgling women in enterprise group.
