OBJECTIVE
This workshop will equip participants with sufficient knowledge to decide if selling online is for them and the basic information required to start selling their products or services on the world’s leading online marketplace.
TOPICS COVERED
At the end of the workshop participants will know how to:
- Set up a seller account
- Research items
- Create a listing using the Sell Your Item form
- Develop compelling titles, descriptions and photographs
- Select selling formats, pricing and packaging
- Open and use a PayPal account
- Monitor listings
- Complete transactions (packing and posting items and leaving feedback)
- Provide customer support

Rachel Murphy is a Clonmel-based marketing consultant. Prior to setting up
her own company, she spent 2.5 years as Head of Marketing for eBay.ie
growing the Irish user base to 500,000 members. She has over 12 years
experience in international business having also worked for PayPal, Lloyd's
of London and Accenture.
