The Virtual Accountant: Marrying Technology with Tradition

Event Date : 22 Nov 2007

Time : 8.00 - 10.30am: The Westbury Hotel
Location : Dublin

The IIA, together with CFO Services and Hook Head Software, is running a breakfast seminar on how technology can ease your accounting headaches. The seminar is free and all are welcome.

Are you a small to medium sized business who has often wondered how to take the pain out of your accounting obligations? Are you struggling to maintain your books in Excel, having difficulties keeping on top of your financial information or having problems communicating that information with your accountant?

This seminar will show you how to implement a secure, online accounting service that automates your accounting process and can issue invoices, statements, balance sheets, expense reports as well as help manage your VAT and tax returns.

This seminar introduces the 'Virtual Accontant' and will show you how to use a secure, online accounting system to simplify the accounting process. The system leverages the internet to provide a common view of your financial data simultaneously to both you and your accountant. It facilitates the production of sales invoices, management of purchase invoices, expenses and salaries. VAT and tax returns can also be automatically generated.

We would like to thank the support of the Dublin City Enterprise Board.
