The IIA regrets that it cannot refund event registration fees due to a cancellation. However, the IIA does offer credit to the attendee to use at a future event. This credit must be used within the same calendar year and can be used by the same person or a colleague in the same organisation. Notification of cancellation must be received one working day prior to the event in order to qualify for the credit.
If you find that you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, a colleague is fully entitled to take up your place instead. If you have any further queries please contact events@iia.ie
