Nóirín Ní Laocha
Nóirín Ní Laocha is Head of eChannels at KBC Bank Ireland. She is responsible for developing the strategy and delivering the commercial performance of the bank’s digital channels.
Prior to this, Nóirín held a number of marketing roles in KBC including Senior Manager for Brand and Marketing Communications. Prior to joining KBC in 2006 Nóirín worked for Bank of Ireland, Superquinn and Paddy Power in a variety of marketing and customer experience roles.
Nóirín holds a BComm from NUIG, a Masters in Business Studies from UCD and Postgrad in Digital Marketing from DCU.
Stephen O’Leary is a media analyst at Olytico, an online media and social media monitoring and analysis company.
As well as an Irish and international client list, research and analysis carried out by Olytico has been used by major national and international broadcasters including RTE, TV3, BBC and The Washington Post.
Stephen is a World Economic Forum Young Global Shaper and a highly regarded conference speaker having addressed audiences at events including the Sport and New Media Conference in Paris, the Dublin Web Summit, DMX, The MBA Conference and the National Digital Media and Marketing Summit.
When he’s not analysing data, Stephen also lectures in Online Journalism in Griffith College Dublin.
Michael is currently an independent business consultant who has worked in Cloud publishing for over 15 years, with extensive experience in both the public and private sector managing businesses in Ireland and International operations including Topjobs plc, IDox plc & INM Media.
Previously Seán worked in Commercial Production for two of Dublin’s top radio stations at UTV and developed their digital strategies and online properties. For the past two years he has worked in all things digital, PR and social media swapping radio for agency life. Heading up Slattery Communications’ digital division working on brands such as Gala Retail, HB Ice Cream, BIC and Sudocrem, Seán is a 24-hour digital native with an addiction to his phone, chocolate and classic cars.
