Joan Mulvihill took up the position of IIA CEO in November 2009.
Joan has worked across a range of industry sectors; retail, manufacturing and professional services in London, Amsterdam and Dublin. Over the past decade, Joan has focused her career on consulting and supporting entrepreneurs in all aspects of business change. In her new role as CEO of the Irish Internet Association, Joan brings an extensive knowledge of the Irish SME sector as well as her experience at the forefront of transitioning a major UK retailer from the high street to an online proposition.
